I desire to participate in the Pub Crawl activities organized by 6629199 CANADA Inc. I understand that in order for High Impact Promotions Limited to accept my application to participate in the above activities, I must agree to be bound by this Release, Waiver and Assumption of Risk.
In consideration of 6629199 CANADA Inc accepting my application, and my being permitted to participate in the above activities, I must agree to this Release, Waiver and Assumption of Risk.
HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE 6629199 CANADA Inc, its or their respective advertising and promotional agencies, Event management, promotional partners, the contest judging organization, provincial liquor authorities, beer distribution companies, parent companies and affiliates of the foregoing and all of their respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”), FROM ALL LIABILITY TO THE UNDERSIGNED, his/her personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin FOR ANY AND ALL LOSS OR DAMAGE, AND ANY CLAIM OR DEMANDS THEREFORE ON ACCOUNT OF INJURY TO THE PERSON OR PROPERTY OR RESULTING IN DEATH OF THE UNDERSIGNED ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE EVENT, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE.
I waive any and all claims I may now and in the future have against, and release from all liability and agree not to sue 6629199 CANADA Inc and its officers, employees, leaders (volunteer or other), agents or representatives (collectively its "staff"), for any personal injury, death and property damages, expenses or loss sustained by us as a result of my participation in the above activities due to any cause whatsoever, including, without limitation, negligence, breach of statutory duty including duties arising from occupier's liability legislation, on the part of High Impact Promotions Limited or its staff.
I am aware that I am responsible for my conduct and actions while participating in the Pub Crawl activities organized by 6629199 CANADA Inc, and at any time I may be asked to withdraw from my participation in the activities should my conduct and actions become inappropriate deemed by the High Impact Promotions Limited staff or staff of an establishment. I will be sent home at my own expense should this arise.

 I acknowledge that6629199 CANADA Inc promotes and supports responsible drinking and does not endorse in any way drinking and driving. I confirm that I am the full age of majority {19 years old}, and that I have read and understand this agreement prior to agreeing to it and agree that this agreement will be binding upon me (as participant), my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and successors.
6629199 CANADA Inc reserve all rights to alter scheduled tour itinerary. Registration fees are NOT refundable due to these alterations. I understand all event ticket sales are FINAL and NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances.
